WEST JEFFERSON GEO PROS
Privacy and data use in the Lite experience.
This page explains what the preliminary geothermal planner uses, what remains on your device, and when another service receives information.
YOUR PRELIMINARY PROJECT
The planner uses only the information needed to build your result.
The Lite experience may use the installation address, confirmed or edited home characteristics, current system information, utility-cost entries, equipment and loop preferences, and any preliminary loop locations you choose. These details support a preliminary load screen, equipment pathway, property concept, price screen and staff handoff.
Your in-progress quote and full Geo Pros project record are stored in your browser session. They are not a hosted customer database in this release. A project-record or GeoLink-packet file is created only when someone chooses its download button.
That local storage is separate from reference lookups. When you request address-based help, the address is sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder and the applicable official county source; the resulting coordinate may also be sent to the NLR Utility Rates API to identify a likely electric distribution territory. These lookups do not submit a lead to West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating.
COUNTY REFERENCE DATA
Public records are offered for confirmation—not silently accepted.
The address may be used to identify the county and query an official county auditor, parcel or GIS source. The Lite workflow returns only the building facts needed for this screen, such as living area, year built, parcel number, stories, property class, match status and source details where available.
Owner names, mailing addresses, tax balances and sale history are not requested for the quote. County information can be incomplete or different from conditioned square footage, so you must choose whether to use or edit a matching record.
AERIAL PLANNING
Address and map services supply context, not feasibility.
When the aerial planner opens, the U.S. Census result supplies its starting coordinate. The map may then request public U.S. Geological Survey or USDA imagery around that coordinate. If you reposition the aerial or loop concept, the selected coordinates remain part of the local quote record.
The map does not determine property lines, setbacks, easements, utilities, septic systems, roads, structures, geology, drilling conditions or final loop capacity.
CONTACT AND SCHEDULING
Contact details are collected in the existing ServiceTitan scheduler.
The current Lite form prepares a concise geothermal project summary and opens West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating’s hosted ServiceTitan scheduler. Name, phone, email, text consent and appointment information are entered and confirmed there under the contractor’s policies. The Lite site does not claim a direct ServiceTitan or virtual-agent data connection.
YOUR CHOICES
You can edit, reset or stop before scheduling.
- Edit county-suggested year-built and living-area values before using them.
- Skip or reposition the optional aerial loop concept.
- Use the quote reset control to clear the saved browser-session draft.
- Leave utility-cost and optional preference fields blank.
- Review the contractor’s privacy policy and SMS terms before submitting contact information or opting into text messages.
The current application code does not include a marketing analytics or advertising-tracker script. The website host and linked services may process ordinary technical request data under their own terms.
