What changes in the 15-year path?

The lease payment drops 25% for five years, then the illustrated end purchase is added. Labor warranty and the service contract are not included during years 11–15, so the owner-paid service allowance is included.

PRIMARY-SOURCE CHECKThe public guide distinguishes a year-10 buyout from renewal.

Palmetto’s July 17, 2026 guide describes annual renewal for up to five years, a three-year opt-in renewal at 75% of the final-year payment, declining buyout percentages after year 10, and a $1,000 purchase option at year 15. Confirm the exact customer agreement before using the defaults as a proposal.
